Articles of Association

The Academy Trust is a company limited by guarantee and an exempt charity. The charitable company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association of 9 September 2020 are the primary governing documents of the Academy Trust.

The Articles of Association define the responsibilities of the directors and the kind of business to be undertaken. They are the written rules about running the company as agreed by the members, directors and company secretary.
